Returns

All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. No returns on special order/non stocked items, or products that have been cut or altered by yourself or an OBHW employee. No returns on any Plywood, cut or uncut. All returns will have a 10% return fee taken from the total. Cash/Check/Debit customers will be issued a check within 14 days. Also We can not return money onto a debit card, those will also have a check issued.

Deliveries

We do charge for all deliveries, and there is a minimum amount for deliveries depending on how far away from the store you live. All deliveries should be considered “curbside” or driveway only. We will leave product near the front of the home, we can not deliver product to the rear of homes or into shops, homes or basements. Also there needs to be at least one other person at the delivery address to help unload the truck with the driver.
